The INAs remit is to preserve, digitise and share French radio and TV archives.
The site provides access to a wide range of digitised videos and sound files taken from French TV and radio, including:
- programmes broadcast and produced by state channels one year after the original broadcast date (ORTF, Antenne 2, FR3, TF1 prior to its privatisation, France 2, France 3, Radio France),
- programmes produced by companies who have given INA the right to use their content,
- documentaries producted by INA,
- TV advertisements
New content is being added to the site on a daily basis.
In addition to free content, the website also offers VOD and a premium SVOD service, madelen.
