Beginning this year (2003), the TJPS will be an e-journal and displayed online via the website only, i.e., the hard copy will be discontinued. During the initial one-year trial period, free access (both PDF and text files) will be available to all articles that are published in the three annual issues (i.e., April, August, and December). Each issue will be composed of scientific reviews, original articles, and short scientific communications.
