Aims & Scope

Information and Communication Sciences Research is a journal published by the University of Bucharest for the specialists in information and communication sciences, librarians, managers in the libraries and information services, teaching staff, researchers and students interested in the unexplored aspects concerning information and communication.

The journal welcomes original papers concerning theoretical and practical aspects in the field of information and communication sciences, book reviews, reports from conferences, workshops, presentations of research projects etc.

Information and Communication Sciences Research publishes only contributions accepted after a peer review process. The responsibility for the information in the articles published belongs entirely to the authors.

For publishing an article in Information and Communication Sciences Research authors do not have to pay any charges. This journal does not charge article processing charges, submission charges or any other charges.

Open Access

The full-text of every published article is freely available to all interested readers (no embargo period).

Information and Communication Sciences Research is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles in this journal without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access.
