Compliance Elliance Journal

Compliance Elliance Journal (CEJ) is an open access e‑journal that publishes engaging authors’ works about cutting edge issues in compliance.

We include works of various lengths from any interested practitioners, academics or students.

In contrast to most open source journals we do not charge a publication fee since we are convinced that only the content and quality of the authors work should be crucial.

Our goal is to make compliance accessible by connecting people from around the world who want to share their experiences and innovative ideas with others.

Come join the compliance conversation today!

Current Edition: Compliance in Health Care and Environment

This year’s Spring edition under the title Compliance in Health Care and Environment is online by now.

SPRING 2024

This edition contains articles that deal with current changes and new developments in these subject areas. Particular attention is paid to the legal innovations at EU level, which, in addition to medical law, also include aspects relevant to data protection law, such as the so-called health data space.

Another article, which deals with the liability of the person responsible for regulatory compliance, also breaks new ground.
